Tile & Grout Cleaning

Tile & Grout Cleaning in the East Valley

Grout is porous. It soaks up dirt, grease and spills until the lines turn dark no matter how often you mop. Our high pressure water extraction system flushes out years of grime and leaves your tile and grout looking like it did the day it was installed.

Overview

Professional tile & grout cleaning that lasts

Mopping spreads dirty water around and pushes it into the grout lines, which is why grout slowly turns gray or brown. Kitchens, entryways and bathrooms get hit the hardest.

We use high pressure, hot water extraction to blast dirt out of the grout and suck it right back up, so it doesn't just move around. Ceramic, porcelain and natural stone like travertine can all be cleaned; we'll match the cleaner to your floor.

FAQs

Tile & Grout Cleaning questions

Will cleaning make my grout look new?

In most homes the grout comes back very close to its original color. Grout that is stained deep or damaged may not fully return, and we'll tell you that before we start.

Can you clean travertine and natural stone?

Yes. Natural stone needs gentler products than ceramic or porcelain, and we adjust our process for it.

How do I keep grout clean afterward?

Sweep or vacuum before mopping, use clean water and a pH-neutral cleaner, and wipe up spills quickly. Regular professional cleaning keeps grout from building up again.

How long before I can walk on it?

As soon as it's dry, which is usually quick. We'll let you know before we leave.
